thanks. these were the wheels that were on the car at the sema show. they wont be out for a while. this was the set off of the show car. ive been reading the posts in this forum for a while. they helped me to decide on my sl500. ill post a few more pics. thanks again

i think they look real sharp!

btw: the rear wheels ARE different from the front ones correct?

 

yeah the rears are 20x11 and the fronts are 20x9. i wasnt too crazy about the offset at first but i tell you they have grown on me. i think it gives an aggressive look that flows with the car because of the way the rear of the car widens.

 

one dumbass question for ya: what make are they?

and ps, your car , is da bombe!!!, Any chance of some direct side on pics?

Hey, thats where we buy our Mercedes cars from, Globe Motorcars in Fairfield, NJ. Great place, im going to talk to my service guy about this car, i believe they put the rims on, cause ive seen this car on the lot before. Really sharp rims, super thin tires!

 

thanks for the reply but they didn't put the rims on. i had them put on myself. the car was never on their lot for more than an hour. the car came from texas. i was there when the truck came. they slapped the temp on, cleaned it up and off i went. if any of you remember this pic these wheels were on the other side of this car. the ones shown in this pic are silver. they didnt do it for me. this was at the sema 2002 show.

 

are you serious? i could of sworn ive seen those rims before, they look kinda different, but the ones i saw resemble the rims you have... hmmmm.... im still going to ask my service guy about the SL i saw.

 

for some reason they look weak to me.....BUT THEY STILL LOOK NIICE!
