SL/R230: 03 S600 Electrical problems. HELP!!

2003 S600
03 S600 Electrical problems. HELP!!
Ok, here goes, any help would be great!
Background info: 2003 S600 just changed battery and now all kinds of issues.
1. Passenger side window will not roll up or down
2. ABC- now want level out my ride height????
3. 3 malfunctions show up on main display (SRS is one)
4. Radio will not power up
Ok, my question is can I reset any of this and I have looked at the fuses but all look good. What next????????

I did this on a BMW that had some check lights coming on randomly.
Disconnected battery.
Held the negative and positive battery cables on the car together for 5 secs.
Reconnected and no more random malfunction errors.
If you have 2 batteries like in the SL, I wouldn't hazard holding the + and - together.
