Wood dash crack
Is there a less expensive alternative to replacing a cracked burl walnut wood ashtray cover than ordering one from the dealer which costs $312? Thanks.

How about ...
a salvage yard? Might also try e-Bay since some guys have swapped out their walnut for carbon fiber.

Use some crazy glue to fix it and then wrap it with carbon fiber wrap or whatever wrap you prefer.
