This afternoon I installed the Mercedes Bluetooth module -5878 into my 2005 SL and tried the pairing procedure with my Droid. It worked, even downloaded my phonebook into the COMAND. I did notice Motorola had me download the new Android version 2.1 so that must have done the trick based on previous posts. Happy camper.
