Hi all

Does our R230 SL share its brake discs (rotors) and or pads with any other MB model type such as E, S etc ?.

I seem to think that is shares some items with E, S & CLK and wondered if it shares brake discs for example ?.

On that topic, would SL55 discs (rotors) fit onto an SL500 without mods ?. Reason i ask is that id like drilled rears like the front but OEM arent drilled unless i went SL55.

I assume not (too large) but thought id ask whilst im on the topic.

I know the front brake pads on my R230 SL500 are the same as in my W203 C350 Sport

I just replaced the rears on my 04 SL 600. They were E55 pads
