2003 SL 500

Performance upgrades

What all can we do to upgrade the engine performance of our 2003 SL 500? Can we add software chip, intake, headers, exhaust, etc.

You could add a Kleemann Supercharger... it's pricey, but everyone who has one says it was worth it.

Do you have any info as far as how many HP it puts out and how much it cost?

Kleemann supercharger, about 150 rwhp gain, $14k for parts, add another $2k for installation

HPS might be developing their supercharger for the SL500. 100 rwhp gain, $8.5k parts
