These are charcoal and have the pulsating, heat/air conditioning and massage off of a 2006 SL500 Charcoal Interior - should work for 2003-??? - not an expert. No issues, garaged vehicle, no fading, no staining - just looks sat in on the drivers side (the creases around the edges from sitting) but NO cracking, color changes, abrasions or anything like that. Only 19,000 miles on the car. $3500 OBO.
