Lost protective cover under the hood fins
I need to know what that part is called and where can i buy one.
I know i can get it at any MB dealer but was wanderig if i could buy it anywhere else for lesser price?

It'll be Part #16 in the diagram if I understand what you're describing. They do not diagram the left vs right versions of the part but they do differentiate the item numbers. Make sure to order the correct one. They are about $160 vs the $240 from the dealership. (They list $230 as dealer price, but I know it's $240 as I was quoted a price earlier this year.)
