2004 S55 (SOLD, miss it every day), 2009 GL550
if you care more about impressing other people, and that they might think differently of you based on what you drive, go ahead and get that worn out SL.
if you want a faster car, with a better interior (your opinion, i've not seen either), with better nav, and half the mileage, keep the CLK
if you want the SL because you like it, and damn what other people think, then you're back at square one.
