SL/R230: should I change AMG muffler or AMG tips ?

should I change AMG muffler or AMG tips ?
Hi guys,

I couldn't decide between AMG rear muffler or AMG tips !
I'm transforming my SL350 to AMG look and would like to know does the SL55 AMG rear muffler box give more sound to my (V6) SL350 ? will performance be enhanced or worse ?

My plan is to delete the middle muffler (keeping only catalytic converters + rear box)

How different is it when comparing AMG rear muffler and OEM muffler?
Is it worth doing?

Is there a difference with SL63 muffler and SL55 ?

any help is much appreciated
