SL/R230: Center wood bezel

Center wood bezel
Hello from the ml forum.
My dad has a 2003 sl 500 with the light colored wood grain interior. He had the classic shifter stuck in park problem and he tried to fix it himself. Needless to say it didnt go too well, and he had to take it to mb for it to be replaced. In the process he managed to break the center bezel pretty bad and mb wants $3000 to get a replacement. Does anyone here know where a good place to get one online is? I'd like to either get the same light wood, or perhaps an aluminum replacement. Thanks guys

I have a couple, including the etched aluminium one from the SL55
Does your wood end below the cupholders, or does it continue round the cupholders and around the stereo. (It changed, MY04 had the wrap around, MY05 wood stops below)
