Any recommendations on a good quality tint and percent level. I don't want it so dark that it's illegal.

Check your local laws, but I'd go from 45%-55% to avoid the fuzz.
I went with 55% in my C class but I might have to get the windshield done because it's not quite dark enough. It looks blacked out with the rear window roller blind up though.
