2 months and counting!!!
The stealership has my car hostage for 2mos now! I was having problems w/ my convertible top its not locking, they said they had to order the part from Germany. i called today and they said that they received the part but its the wrong one and that they have to make the part.....after 5 weeks of waiting! and now its gonna take 5 more weeks to get the right part! Are they violating some kind off customer rights????

For reasons too boring to go into here, my local Indie had to order a new n/s armrest for my 02 SL500 - ordered 1st week of August, came in last week :0)
