hi. just purchesed my first mercedes sl 350 2003 in black . cream trim.. couple of things anybody got a sat nav disc for my comand ! if not what exact disc do i look for as there seems to be masses of versions... ! also any quick fix to get into glove box .. simply wont open !. also . the engine start button on the gearstick on the auto box. how does it work? tried the user manual foot on brake in park etc etc but no joy ? many thanks for any hints or tips. kirk

Hi, not sure on the satnav, the glovebox just needs adjusting, to get in temporarily hold the button in, lift the glovebox up with the palms of your hands (might be easier to get somoene else to hold button), the push it down quite forcefully. Just needs adjsutiung from the side of the glovebox with a long screwdriver, i'll find the thread if I can!! With the start button you need the keyless go card?!

is that the keyless entry fob ! or a totally diffrent thing. ? picked up the car but left the owners manual at the chaps house so i have yet to get fully in sync with the bits bobs ,,!

I have the start button and need to use my keyless entry card to use it, doesnt work with the key! You should have a black credit card size fob with a button on it!

nope dont seem to have that . will get in touch with the chap. so could it have the button fitted but not activated . ! or if it has a start button ,. should it def have a keyless start fob .. ? thanks

If you don't have the keyless go card you can't use your keyless go. It's about $400 programmed in the states.
