Hello Everyone !! I just Got my Sport light 500 Repaired !!!
Here are before and after pics of my project!! I replaced hood ,driver side fender,headlight, fog light ,Front bumper cover , driver side air bag. The mechanical parts I had to repaired were the air suspension, one of the hydraulic line were leaking cause collision ,so I replaced it,and the left rear brakes hose also was leaking,and low side A/C line too was also replaced.I purchased the SL 500 with left front damage as seen on pics with clean title.I performed all the repair myself and I sent the SL 500 to body shop for painting.Once painting was completed I wet sand car with 1500 wet sand paper and compound paint and polish to a mirror like finish !!I am very happy with the final result!! All I need to get is a driver side knee air bag and Its all done !!I also painted the factory AMG rims to graphite color just for fun I am going to replace rims to 19s or 20 inch staggered set up with chrome lip soon !!
P.S I need to get to reset air bag light module and A/C, cause when I try to add freon the A/c system shut down and I heard the only way to add freon is to reset A/C system.

I got my knee air bag installed...
Now its time to get 20 inch wheels.lol...My question is what is the tires size and how wide can I get the rims ? I want to get staggered set...lol .What is the best set up for our SL 500 ?

CAN I ASK A QUESTION HERE !! WHY NO ONE HERE IN THE MBW R230 FORUM HAS NOT REPLY TO ANY OF MY COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS ?? I AM A SUPER MEMBER HERE AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY COMMENTS,ADVICES,ECT. DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG ?????? I SEE OTHER TREADS HAVE GOTTEN REPLYS ON THE R230'S.. BUT NOT MINES???

Yea that true...But I was just wondering ...Cause I posted before and after pics of my SL and wanted comments from my member here like I used to get on the w208 and w209 forums here on MBW, And I also wanted to know About changing Wheels to 20 inches and I wanted to know what the best tires set up and if 20 inches wheels are perfect size for my SL ?

Thank you for advice and kind comment.. SL55,I will take it to my shop for reset !! btw how Puerto Rico !! My place of birth I haven't been there since 1989...lol
