SL/R230: TRUNK DOES NOT OPEN AT ALL

2004 mercedes benz sl500
TRUNK DOES NOT OPEN AT ALL
My trunk on my 2004 SL500 does not open.Trunk does not open with key,Does not open with open button on door,Does not open with remote control,it just don't open at all.I removed fuse to reset it and still do not open.
P.S. The last time trunk was open i noticed in the trunk latch assembly the black round puck is broken and the air hose is not connected. I closed it to see if i could open the trunk again so i could fix it .But this time it does not open ,I don't know what to do to open this trunk ,please I need some help.
