airmatic or non airmatic on sl600 -2005

I am in the process of buying some adjustable camber and toe kits for the rear of my car to correct the camber , I am currently running -3 and traction is terrible since I lowered the car . The supplier has asked if the car is airmatic or non airmatic ?. I way be a silly question but i have searched the forum and cant find a definative answer . Can anyone help please. Also some advice on traction issue and what to look at to make it better .

thanks
