Tool Kit

Hello all,
My newly purchased 2003 SL500 was unfortunately missing the tool kit. Searching eBay for a replacement hasn't worked out so well but I did manage to find the kit for a S class from the same year.

Question is whether or not it will fit in my SL.

Thanks in advance.

Several MB's Superperformance MK III Cobra
It will fit since it is the same cheap "tool kit" that MB puts in all of their cars. Just make sure that the white gloves are included

Thanks Lou! I mostly wanted the tow hook, but I am a bit OC when it comes to completeness...

Not much in the kit - gloves, tow hook, wheel alignment tool. I bought a new tool kit (how's that for OC) when I discovered the trunk of my '08 SL55 was missing a whole bunch of stuff (like the spare, tire compressor, tool kit, pump cover...).

There was a tow hook so I may have a spare - may take a while to find it, though. If I can find it, it's yours if you want it.

Thanks for the offer, I'll probably buy the whole ridiculous kit. Your post reminds me though, the air compressor was missing as well. I guess that MB roadside assist will be able to fill the spare with the compressor on their truck.
