Yes, it's not cheap, but you can still get the covers from the dealership. You might also check online Mercedes-Benz parts sources like PeachParts, The Benz Bin, Autohaus AZ.... In the DC Metro Area, EMB Parts (email to emhorvath@verizon.net) - she seems able to get all manner of parts and her prices are pretty good too.

Yes it is. There's one on eBay but it looks pretty beat up.
