cd- cartridge won't eject

I'm getting a device "unavailable message" when I try to use the cd cassette player. I've discovered the cd cartridge won't eject. Does anyone know how to get the cartridge out?

Does the CD eject button flash green on the CD changer itself when you try and push the eject button? Typically what would happen is the CD cartridge is very thin and can warp over time. Therefore getting stuck inside the changer. If light flashes but does not eject try forcefully with two fingers tap on the CD cartridge while pressing the button. This will free up the mechanical portion inside and assist in removing the cartridge.

Sometimes you can get away with just forcing it open and you wont have another problem with it for quite some time. Other times you either have to replace the cartridge or the CD changer itself $$$$$$$$$.

Please try this trick first and report back.
