SL/R230: ABC Filter Part Number?

ABC Filter Part Number NOW FOUND
The number on the cap of my ABC reservoir is "001 989 24 03". Is that the old 10 micron filter? If so, please tell me the number for the new 3 micron filter.

It is "A 003 184 61 01"

OK, So where is the best place to buy this 3 micron filter? will this part number listed here work for a 2005 SL 55 AMG?
