Does anyone know when the Sat radio will be available in the US for the SL or how much it will cost?

For the E, we are seeing an approximate January 2004 release. Sirius is the provider, and the installation costs will vary from dealer to dealer, but expect it to be in the $400-750 range.

Just had heard today that it will probably be either $12/month, or your can enter an extended contract for less. Since prying info out of MB is like trying to open up a clam, this info could change.

Dealer took my order for 2 systems today, one for our E500 and one for our SL500. He expects to be able to install the upgrades in January

How much is the Satellite radio going to cost with installation on the SL, and how much will the monthly price be? I have a 2004 SL and would like to get the Sat radio as quickly as possible....do you know when they will be available on the East Coast of US?

I understand in the $800 installed. Dealer said I should see it Mid Jan to Mid February

$12.95 monthly for the first receivers and $6.95 for 2-5 and back to $12.95, if you go above that.
