Im using it primarily for charge cooling, but also a bit of knock reduction. I run 98 RON (which is like 93 octane over there), and detonation hasn't been an issue really. Nice to have the meth though.

25% methanol the rest water

Thinking of swapping to a 680ml-min as that is around 25% of fuel flow. Its a progressive controller, but I must say, I have never been able to get the car to misfire from meth/water injection, even with the 14 gph (1200ml-min) nozzle.

I am currently running approximately that size on a friend's setup (no intercooler but the car is on E85. 62mm turbo). "10gph". The car makes about 430hp and is very happy with that amount.

I will have a play and see. Its frustrating to change nozzles,as the inlet pipe (stock) is a rubbery plastic, so is hard to tap and thread a nozzle without a boost leak. I have bought a spare and will epoxy in a 1/8npt boss so I can swap them out easier!
