2003 SL-500 on order
Maybe MBUSA regulates the color choice for limited edition cars? I had to spec my SL 500 the other day and i couldn't order a white SL with a sports package. Ill probably end up putting an aftermarket (lorinser) kit on it now.

I saw a red one at Autobahn Motors in Belmont, CA about 2 weeks ago. It wasn't on the showroom--was locked up behind barbed wire with a whole bunch of other cars.
It was very sharp. Personally, I prefer silver or black, but red was awfully nice.
