That is a very strange dyno chart. The torque is like a mountain shape and the KW is not smooth at all. Something may be going wrong with the turbos.

I think you need to spend some time with a tuner to work out where it is going wrong. The lines crossing at 3,000rpm does not seem to be right either.

This company is a tuner company....may be the best at our country. The tune dragsters also : ).

When I drive the car at the rolling road.. Its STRONG..Very STRONG!!! : ).
That T-branch plate and the honed inlets made a lot of more torque. : ).I explain for them (show also my flow bench video) my T-branch plate and they told me its help a lot!!! If you dont have it and the another side turbo have a little more
air boost than the another side you have probleems directly with the flow. There fore my IAT have also gone down... No friction which heat up the air as I meantion before... : ).
I have a video about the dyno.. Im gone load it.

So this T-branch and inlet modifications is named as my name...
"Tuoma plate" : ).
So for those who dont want so much Torgue.... Dont do it : ).
I think this torque is a world record at all SL600 in the world whit stock turbos....
More than at Therickers engine and without turbo wastegate modifications... Im not gone do it at all....
The power is there...... For sure.. : ).

Dyno chart posted is jacked up. Hp and torque should always cross at 5252. Hp = (torque x rpm)/5252. Not sure what's going on with your chart.

How did they get a tach signal for RPM'S?

What gear was it dynoed?

What is the correction factor to adjust for your cold.weather?

It's really hard to.compare reading from different types of dynos in different parts of the world at different temperatures and elevations. Not to mention, Dynomite is an obscure dyno not used by many places. There is also the fudge rate of the dyno operator. It is my understanding that the dynomite readings can be changed by the dyno operator.

Try to take it to a Dynojet or Mustang dyno and get a tach reading. There is only one way I know of to get one from the MB biturbo V12.

World Record tq Your dyno is literally more screwed up than your claims etc.. What you're seeing is called a torque "Spike" & you made a lol 585hp???? W/all your mods??? Barely 20 hp more than I did on ECU ONLY w/91 octane, bet you had 98-100+ You are so lost it boggles the mind you don't drown while showering/bathing.. I'm not worried about the power level at the engine. : ).
When I had the ESP off the car start to spinn in 60-70 mph speed (EASILY) also with booth ****ing tires . It wouldnt do that If I had probleems with the engine!
Do you get it!!!
So you still think you don't have any HP/TQ engine problems Mr Know it all??

••••I think the gearbox torque limit sensor came in???

How did they get a tach signal for RPM'S?
••••I must ask.

What gear was it dynoed?
••••Fourth gear and dyno mode

What is the correction factor to adjust for your cold.weather?
••••Same standards as you use for sure.
Ambient temperature was around + 25C and IAT was around 55-58C.

••••This is enough for me this time... Next summer 1/4 mile run with MT street radial tyres.
One more thing.... The injectors flow enough. It dont needed to change at this power level.

You are soooooo lost it's beyond reason But here goes, now listen slowly try & digest this important fact... When transitioning from one speed to another, gear changes are required. This creates "Torque Spikes" when the shifts occur. At anything other than a direct 1:1 ratio in the transmission, the engine torque (power) is being multiplied, also depending on the dyno operators choice of how/when to go full throttle can otherwise manipulate/multiply your torque readings showing huge padded FALSE #'s Google Torque Spikes" Being your 1st trip to a real Dyno try & realize you know utterly jack sh-it

You're flat out dreaming you actually made anything close to 900 wtq 585 whp shows this is indeed a Torque Spike + as BlownV8, mentioned your graph doesn't add up as it should cross @ 5252 rpm's etc etc w/your mods you will be lucky to see 700 wtq.. But what do I know Hmm you ran 12.67 @ 117 mph yeah you def DON'T HAVE anything close to 900 wtq.. HP is just a calculation of TQ/power & you def aren't making any new Records

Dyno chart

Hello Members.

Im finally at home....
Here is better picture about the dyno chart with al necessary info.
- CF 1.02
- Dyno CF 1.00

Im confused about all this....
but I can't be any speculation without much power is available when you bring "slipping" steadily away.
I think at least +550 RWhp is there...

You can also se at the dyno clip there is number 4 gear al the way.... no shifting Torgue spike because the fourth gear is in.

-
A/F ratio is al the way 11,8
Ambient temp was +25 C / 77F
IAT was around 55-58C / 131-137F
Fuel 98 Oct.

Thericker.... I have more info.
Look at the dyno clip.... everyone of us can SEE and HEAR that the gearbox is NOT shifting at all.... gear number 4 is in al the way...
Please don't try change the facts.....
My engine have 927 lbft Torgue at 2850 rpm.... you can't change that fact.... no matter how you try!
Everyone can also see that something happen at 2850 rpm to 4500 rpm and upper... something give up.... and when this problem is solved I have lot more of hp than you could imagine..... I'm sure at least +500 rwhp.....
If that dyno chart would go like they usually go you can draw your own line and look how up its gone go.... do that.

I see that you are very difficult to understand that my tires slip ... I have no grip at al at the 1/4 miles.... I need better tires with better grip.... you can also see at the dyno chart that I have so much torque which is coming in earlie .....
One thing more.... I now what Im talking about and my car run strong after high ways... thats it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!
: tyson:

Sorry for my bad english.... I can speak Swedish and Finish very good.... so
can you speak Swedish or Finish.... I try my best.... and it don't bother me at al... I think 95% of the forum members now what I mean... and that is most important....
Have a nice day....

- The tach signal came from the laptop by the car OBD port.

Dash comand show nearly the same Torgue...
My opinion is the gearbox slip because the torgue. That Torgue is there for sure....

If the tires slipped on the dyno, it may have caused the torque to jump once they regained traction. This may have been what caused the reading to be higher than it should be. One thing I know, the dyno chart is off. Torque and rpm must cross at 5252. On your chart it doesn't. Did you ask the dyno operator why it is giving you a reading.like it did?

I have discus with the tuner 1 hour yesterday and he said the torque is there for sure but the gear box slip. Not the tires.
They use a mechanical boost cauge because the electronic boost reader don’t have time to according.
He told me also that at the 927 of torgue the peak boost was 1,6 bar ( 23,2 psi) and dropped a litle to 1,2 bar (17,4 psi) at the higher rpm…. so the boost don't drop more than it should.

-IAT was also fine al the way.IAT was around 55-58C / 131-137F.
-Ambient temp was 25 C / 77F
-A/F ratio 11,8..... It can be a little leaner ... 12,1 it give more hp (30-40 hp) but lower Torque.

So the boost was (down) linear al the way even the power did that as the dyno chart show.

He is 100% sure the gearbox slip??…..
Tuners opinion was also that the T-branch plate and honed conical inlets give the engine more colder air at lower rpm than before ( because the friction is not there anymore vs "normal T-branch)....
Completely understandable facts which affects the power.Nothing else.

The reason is simply,I have so much torque down there (low rpm).
Maybe a new boost map would help ... or stronger turbine.
You MUST believe me the car is STRONG when I drive it normaly at the highways because higher rpm when you floor it.

Im gone try to test few things to be 110% sure.....

PS. (For all the doubters.( I do not mean for you Blown).
Whether it is always bound to be someone tuner (or T.......) that makes modifications/changes before all believe???
Its flow much better now for sure.... use your brains, look and think why not.
We are here for write and help each other with our experience... not to start to fight....

Best Regards
Juha

Finally I got a contact to a VIP person and we have discus about this by e-mail..

"The gearbox is definitely a possibility. ......I have seen torque converters fail too but usually has to have more power to hurt the converter".

So may be not the gearbox....

Dear members...

Here is the second dyno chart.
- about 610 hp
- 722,82 lbft

this curves is more "normal" but something is wrong with this to...
Too low power and torque...

At this run the tuner don't press the pedal at wot at lower rpm.... he let it run at higher rpm before wot so he can be sure the gear is in and don't slip.
He push the pedal at wot 3600 rpm and get this power range.... but something happen at 4300 rpm but however still gave 610 hp..... to low...
He did it twice and the difference was only 1 kw between them...

But there is a lot more power... fore sure.

You really need a TCU tune so it will hold the gear. Your huge torque peak was from it dropping down a gear.

On another note, the most recent chart you attached won't open. I'm only getting half of the document.

Ekselent I am a fan of what you are trying to do and I like the little tweaks you are trying however you really need to go to a proper dyno to get any meaningful results, that way you can quantify the changes you are making.
