SL/R230: Louder sound from my SL

Louder sound from my SL
I have an 05 SL with brabus mufflers, it sounds great. It has a deep growl but it's not loud. I want it to sound like god shot a lightning bolt out of my exhausts. I talked to my uncle about this and he said to either replace the resonators with a glasspack or just go streight. Now I don't know if my car does have its resonators (if it does let me know 
) and if it doesn't it looks like it's already streight. What would my best option be for that lightning sound?
