UPD Pulley help
HI gents,
Question,I just bought an 83mm UPD sc pulley from a fellow forum member but not sure if it is the updated version and it seems UPD is purposely excluding a phone number on their site which does not exactly inspire confidence in their products or support. The Member said it was purchased about a year ago comes with shims and was never installed. Are there any stamps or identification marks that will help me determine if it's the failure prone version?
Next question is....my sl55 is fully stock less a resonator delete, will I be fine doing the DIY cooling circuit split and simply installing the new sc pulley without a tune? And what kind of hp can I expect if it is safe to do as I mentioned above.
If I do get a tune will it pass CA smog??
Thanks guys I did a search but it's taking too long as my connection is bad out here in the field so it's a bit sporadic (USMC Devil DOC)
