SL/R230: BabySafe Seats for Kids

BabySafe Seats for Kids
So I just bought a 2003 SL55 AMG and am needing a seat for my nephews to sit in when they come with me.
I saw some posts from years ago about seats and the "transponders" that are required. MB-USA has no info to share on what I can use for safe transportation options as their system doesn't show what works with this year car. Does anyone have some recent info on what works for the car?
I know there are AKSE, BabySafe Plus, BabySafe Plus II, and ACSR available but not sure what will and wont work.
I would also be interested to see if anyone has one of the KID booster seats that will work, or the Toddler/Infant buckets that I can pilfer the transponders from.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
