Pre Bluetooth Aux Jack receiver/transmitter

I'm looking for the best answer to solve an issue with a pre-Bluetooth R230 (2003). I have found several Bluetooth receivers/transmitters that will transmit Bluetooth signals through the aux jack in the glove compartment, but does anyone know the best product for this? I have seen an old post, but can't find it now. Amazon has several that are around $25 to $30 bucks, but some have issues with buzzing/bad quality, and I'm trying to preserve the sound quality, as well as use my iPhone through the aux jack. Any experience in this area would be appreciated.

I have a Stratus 7 Sirius radio mounted in the console. It works perfectly through the aux jack in the glove box. Antenna mounted under passenger side hood vent. The radio was $35.00, installation $100.00.

I have purchased 4 receivers of different brands for my various cars and they all work perfectly with great sound quality. They range in price from $10 to $22. The thing I would look for is a model that automatically shuts off when it detects your phone is no longer transmitting. The kind with the on-off sliders need to be shut off or the internal battery will drain. The kind with the push button pairing will even turn on by themselves when it detects you phone's bluetooth.

This one was around $12 and all you do is hold the button to pair. It will shut off by itself when you leave the car. The internal battery charge lasts about 12 hours of full time recieving.

I just checked Ebay and this particular one isn't on there right now-however there are hundreds that are similar ranging from less than $10. Search under "bluetooth receiver" and you will see them all. I prefer the type with a pushbutton for initial pairing rather than the slide switch on the side. I just leave it plugged into the jack in the glovebox if you have one. It shuts itself off when it loses the bluetooth signal. The worst part is switching the radio to AUX mode since it is sort of hidden in the menu.
