Engine Swap Info
Guys,
Has anyone ever swapped a 6.3 liter V8 for a 5 liter V8 in a R230 chassis ?
I am trying to research the hurtles involved with acquiring a used 6.3 engine and gradually rebuilding it (without blowers) and eventually installing it in my 2003 R230 SL500.
(BTW I have installed a Quaife LSD and the P 090 brakes on my car and am just waiting for any MAJOR ABC issues before coil overs !).
Comments - beyond "too hard" and "unrealistic" welcomed.
