BTW, no word on the DVD Nav vs. Cd....but I have a 2004 with the CD and since mine covers 5 states on one cd...I can't imagine the need for greater coverage. It's not like I spontaneously find myself in Montana without notice.

It is not so much the coverage as it is the DVD is a much faster and nicer system. Blue-tooth phone connection is also supposed to come in 05

While the DVD may be faster, I can't say I've had much issue with the CD version.

But then again, I know where I'm going where I live, so I don't need to use it all that much.

It's not all about coverage though, the DVD's are much faster to access. My BMW's nav is DVD and my old Honda's was DVD based, those were about four light speed faster
