They should, But what sizes are you talking about? What's on the SL500 and what's on SL600?
The things to be worried about it's the wheels offset and the brakes size. As much as i remember the SL500 won't fit a SL55 due to bigger calipers (or something else related to that). But as of direct fitment they do fit.
