SL/R230: Tuk Sound Coming From Front

When you accelerate fast and you hear that sound it might come from an engine mount. It happens to worn out and when it's gone it might make that sound. Not sure which one are the first to go bad - front or rear, wait maybe someone will tell you for sure, but you can inspect those for problems. Also you should be able to find info on forum about replacement those. Haven't done on mine, so don't know how hard/easy it is.
Now when going over bumps it's different, because it's more related to your suspension. Maybe a front bushing? I replaced mine at 25k miles (about 40k km). Those also are wear and tear parts. I replaced my front driver side bushing and paid somewhere about $200 including labor.
Considering your mileage i'd say it's pretty likely to require replacement, unless you did recently. A experienced mechanic should be able to tell you where the sound is coming from. Those are common parts to replace among all cars, not only MB.
