Change Ratio 2,82 to 3,27 whats the problem ESP ?

we working on car here to put a wavetrac diff inn. want change the ratio on 2004 SL55 AMG from 2,82 stock to 3,27 . anybody knows if this is a problem , i read somwhere it is TCU problem ? sensors sit in gearbox and will make problem with ESP , anybody have any tip ? or knows somebody that know how to fix ?
