I recently sold my 2003 SL55 and lucky for you I took off my set of 20 inch Lorinser LM6 wheels. These are the original german made Lorinsers, not the cheap knock offs. They come with a set of good tires. This set new will cost you over $6000, but anyone with $1800 cash can come take them because I no longer have any use for them.
Specs (but if you have a R230 you can ignore this because it is a perfect fit):
5x112 bolt pattern 20x9 front and 20x10 rear. Et38 offset.

You don't have to worry about them not fitting on a R230. They were on a SL500 before and then I had them on my SL55. Mine was even lowered more than spec and the rims still fit. The tires are 255/30/20 Front and 305/25/20 Rear. Yes $1,800 is an awesome price so I don't know why anyone with a SL wouldn't jump on these rims!
Yes your 2007 CLS63 also takes 5x112 fitment rims. These lorinsers fit. I have attached a table that shows all the mercedes that work with 5x112 rims with 38 offset.
