Fresh air only.

OK, maybe it's me but I've read the owner's manual several times and can't find out how to allow fresh air only with fan speed control and AC compressor off to come through the air vents.
Any help will delay me from losing my mind completely at least for now.
Thanks.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
First of all, you must be in "manual" mode which you can do by pressing the AUTO button or by turning the fan speed dial (#10). For outside air, make sure the "air recirculation" button (#4) is off. To turn the AC compressor off, make sure the A/C button (#11) is off.

Thank you, my problem was I wasn't in manual mode.
