SL/R230: SL500 lock/unlock issues

SL500 lock/unlock issues
SL500- 2004
problem: im not able to unlock/lock the car with the remote key, and when key is in ignition it wont turn cause the immobilizer is still on.
What i did;
check both keys--> got the same issue
replaced the key battery --> still same issue
replaced both car batteries, front and back with brand new mercedes ones and drove around for a while to charge them full--> still the same issue
an important notice though ; when i manage to get the immobiliser off and start and drive the car for a while then everything works well. Remote key works just fine; lock/unlock works very well. but the next day its all dead.
Anyone got an idea whats going on and how to fix this ? im at a loss..

thanks for the reply.
Im gonna have it checked out by the dealership, only takes some due to a waiting list. You say might be the EIS, im thinking a "receive/ send" signal problem from key to an antenna and back. How can i check this ?
