Thumbs up Slr

Almost drove off the road with excitement when came up to the first SLR I've seen on the road on the M25 yesterday; it had prototype vehicle printed on the back but no disguise; was a left hand drive (no rhd option I thnk?).
Looks much better on the road than on display.
Must have been round a while as the reg plate was RX53.

This was an hour after seeing a Murcielago on the Tunnel; guy had just been on Gumball rally; driven that day from Cannes in 9 hours with 6 stops for petrol!
Only just fitted width wise on to tunnel train.
Unfortuntaely 20 miles up the M20 had been stopped by police!!

See Top Gear last night? Looked mighty impressive. Left an SL55 way behind over a half-mile. Stig also took 3 seconds off the fastest lap - 3 seconds!!

Topgear was great! What a supercar! Beats the Pagani Zonda, the Murcielago with 3 seconds. Here in holland the SLR will cost around 600.000 euros and the Zonda is 783.000. And that has less space, less toys and less speed! for Maclaren/Mercedes.

Only thing to do now is making a winning F1-car
