My roof did not align properly when closing and the drivers side guide pin broke off. All I need is the plastic part, not the whole assembly.
Anybody know of a source for this part? Please help me what I should do to solve it.

Which side is broken? I had the same thing happen and i purchased a used mechanism, i still have a good passenger side that i can send you. you will have to disassemble the mech a little to replace the part but i believe it was just c or e clips.
