Load Assist Hydraulic Ram
I am replacing all the Vario Roof Hydraulic Cylinders. I am a 15 year Master Certified MB Tech. I have never done them all at once. My issue is the bottom bolt for the Load Assist Ram won’t come out of the recess. I have tried all kinds of things but I am stuck. Does anyone have any idea how to remove that T30 at the bottom of the ram? This is my first post so go easy on me please. I am desperate?!?

It looks like there is a rubber grommet covering an access through the sheet metal.
