SL/R230: VARIO ROOF - FLAPS NOT OPENING

thanks again for your help . The car definitely doesnt have the smart roof option . Ive reread the thread numerous times lol . And seems like i get stuck in the same position. Sequence starts as normal . Roof unlocks trunk moves back in position. Windows do not go down and flaps donot open. Pump keeps running but nothing else happens. I am able to open the glaps if i jump the wires directly on the flap motor . No codes when scanning the vario roof 😢

Read post #18, what is the status of the switches? If your scanner isn't capable of reading those switches, get a different scanner.

d the issue. The wiring coming from the lock/unlock switches were stripped tight where the roof folded. So the switches wouldnt code malfunction . But when starting to close the roof the 2 wires would touch changing the status of the switch to locked .
