I have a 2009 with the black wind screen, does anyone make a lighter colored wind screen that you can actually see through?

No, they were all black. However, you might be able to refit it with a different color fabric. But that really isn't going to help with visibility because it's not about the color, but it's the amount of light that is blocked by the threads in the fabric.
