2007 SL550 vs 2007 CLS63 AMG
Hello Benz enthusiasts, I have a very simple question. Would you rather purchase a 2007 SL550 with 26k miles or a 2007 CLS63 AMG with 56k miles? I was driving a 2006 SL500 until I was rear ended in an accident recently and the car got totaled by the insurance company. Have to decide between these two cars... what do you think?

Avoid the M156 AMG engine until MY2010 due to issue with valve lifters and head bolts.
The M273 in the SL550 should be checked by serial number (available on the data card lookup by VIN) for the "balance shaft" (timing chain idler sprocket) failure potential.
