SL500 cranks but no start

Hi new to this site ,wondering if any buddy can help me with my issue, I have a 2003 SL 500 I had it repaired from rear collision ,everything is fine except the having issues with roof ,I have all the rear trunk interior out and tail lights, I left the car parked outside for 10 days while on holidays, when I came back the electrical consumers battery was dead, I couldn't get trunk opened so I put a small hand held jumper in through tail light opening but when I connected it in put cables on backwards and they were on there for a min or two then I realized took them off and managed to open trunk a different way, then when I reconnected it now cranks but won't start. I checked all fuses in four locations and found a total of four blown fuses which I replaced but still just cranks not start. I have few codes as follows

P029E refer to service manual. P209E refer to service manual
B1829 component fuse for starter battery circuit faulty. (Car does turn over on starter though just won't start)
B1021 control module PSE (pneumatic control module) does not provide value
B1341 fault in communication with the component H3 (alarm signal horn)
P019E please refer to vehicle service manual
B1121 fault in CAN communication with the control module COMMAND or audio
B112D fault in CAN communication with the control module N60 locking (Cl/ZV) control module)
B1018 terminal 30 for control module electronics is missing
B1832 component G1/4(starter battery) is faulty
B1088 control module A1 (instrument cluster(ic) is not sending data on the can bus

also had these codes but once cleared they didn't return

B1074. Fault in can communication with the control module N73 (electronic ignition switch (EIS/EZS) control module)
B1059. Fault in can communication with control module N10/10 (drivers side Sam )
B1010 the supply voltage of component N72(lower control panel (lcp/ubf)control module ) is too low
P1925 drive authorization is refused by the control module N15/5 (electronic module (ESM/EWM)
