There is a fault in the TeleAid system. Often, it's the auxiliary antenna in the rear bumper. It can get broken in a rear-end accident, even just a little "bumper kiss". You have two options. One is to determine and fix the fault, or to have the system deactivated. SDS is required to deactivate it, but some of the other popular scanners (iCarsoft i980 or MBII, or Autel MD802) can read the codes and tell you what is wrong, but won;t do the coding to disable TeleAid.
