How do you know if you have Distronic or not? my car is coming in the next week and really have no clue... 2003 SL 55 AMG

The telltale sign is the Mercedes badge on the front of the grill - solid = distronic, mesh = no distronic

2003 SL500
Cars with Distronic have some buttons on the center console next to the gear shifter. With no distronic there are just black covers in place of a button 1 and a thumbwheel 2.
