Perhaps the forum can help you better if you explain the symptoms your car is exhibiting, since I'll guess you may not understand "limp mode".
At a minimum, your question is ambiguous. The engine management, transmission, ABC suspension, and battery management systems all have a "limp" or emergency mode.

I will drive around for 10minutes every thing is good after that it feels like it goes into neutral the I shift back to park and go through the gears it shifts hard then I'll restart the car and everything will run normal I do have the red battery light with vista workshop

Charge or replace the rear battery. Or find out why it is not charging.
A low voltage (red warning) is potentially what is causing your issue. This car requires electricity for everything to operate well.
Start with the obvious problem.
