Vario roof panel not working

When I went to put my R230 away for winter last fall I went to close the roof and heard a pop/snap type of sound and noticed that the center panel did not go into the closed position.

In an attempt to simplify which panel is at the center of discussion here, I will post a video someone else made of the top opening. it is the long panel between the "wings" that is of issue.

At 0:59 the wings flip up and then the panel in question right after which sits between the wings.
I believe a cable broke but im unsure as I have not put the top in service mode and opened her up yet.

Check your fluid resevoir. Good chance it's near empty and you have a leak,

The total length of the video is 1:36, so the information I quoted is useless.

Nevertheless, I believe i know what panel you are referring to. And I believe it is operated via a cable, and from your description something is amiss with the cable.

Sorry about the incorrect timestamp. 59 seconds is the mark.
