2007 SL550. I was checking my oil level this evening and heard a high-pitched noise approximately 13 seconds apart. Engine was off. Key was hanging on the hook inside my house. The sound seemed louder near the front of the engine so I got the attached short video from there.
Turn your volume up and you should be able to hear it 3 times in the attached video. Once around 5 seconds, once around 18 seconds and another time around 31 seconds (right at the end).

Does anyone have any idea what it might be?
