2005 R 230 SL350 (M112 3.7). Sold the 1966 W113 230SL recently
The small flap is not available as a separate part. You get the entire shelf, new or used, or you repair yours. There’s plenty info on this forum about repairs (and about a German guy who mfg’s a metal replacement).

Do you still have the broken flap or is it highway Debris ? On my passenger side it broke the flimsy plastic hinge mount. Per forum instructions I removed the back panels and reattached the hinge using a few small holes drilled underside and stitched micro wire around the hinge to hold it in place. As a precaution i drIlled two holes in the under side of drivers side flap and stitched wire to tether it to the panel. Just in case the feeble plastic decides to give way on a freeway. Second thought if the flap is gone there is a forum member parting out a 2007, maybe his would work? Good luck.
